KING DIAMOND: in continuo miglioramento dopo il bypass


Secondo quanto dichiarato dalla moglie Livia Zita, il cinquantaquattrenne King Diamond (vero nome Kim Petersen; MERCYFUL FATE, KING DIAMOND) ha terminato il programma di riabilitazione dopo il triplo bypass coronarico a cui è stato sottoposto lo scorso novembre. Le sue condizioni sono in continuo miglioramento. King ora segue una dieta differente, fa un regolare esercizio fisico ed ha anche smesso di fumare. Ancora non si sa quando il cantante potrà tornare sui palchi ma conta di terminare presto le lavorazioni del suo nuovo DVD.

"Let me catch you all up on the past couple of weeks' happenings, because it affects many things.

"On Monday the 29th of November, King had to be transported to the nearby hospital by ambulance. After several different tests were done and the EKG machine showing abnormalities, the doctors recommended that he get a cardiac catheterization.

"Cardiac catheterization is a procedure where the doctors lead a very thin tube up from the leg and into the heart, where it injects dye into the bloodstream. Then a camera at the end of the tube takes many pictures of the heart's arteries, looking for blockages.

"After this was done, they determined that King had several heart attacks, and three of his heart's arteries were the cause: one was completely blocked, the second was 90% blocked, and the third was 65% blocked. The only solution to this was an open-heart triple-bypass surgery.

"If you are interested in the details of how this surgery is performed, please look it up online. I will only touch on the basics. The sternum (breastbone) is cut in half and pulled apart, to expose the heart. Veins are harvested from other places of the body, in King's case it was his left leg and chest wall. The person is then hooked up to a machine that practically does the job of the heart, circulating and oxygenating the blood. The heart is then stopped, and the lungs collapse (the lungs stop working since the blood is being oxygenated by the machine). The surgeon then sews the harvested veins in place, bypassing the found blockages. Once the surgery is done, the surgeon moves the ribs and breastbone back into place and wires it together. The chest is closed as well. They use an electric pulse to start the heart and a breathing machine is lead into the lungs to restart breathing.

"King's surgery took approximately seven hours. Everything went well, and King was taken to ICU for recovery. He was walking and eating solid food already two days after the operation, and he was the first one in the history of the hospital who walked on his own power from the ICU to normal care.

"10 days after the ambulance took him to the emergency room, he is at home and is recovering well. It will be a few months before he feels completely normal and is without pain.

"He would like to mention here that he's eternally grateful for the wonderful staff at Centennial Medical Center who took care of him. Dr. Kourlis, Dr. Kamili, Dr. Alang, Nurse Christie and Nurse Thomas among many others made sure that he got the best care and attention he could ever have hoped for. They were always very nice to me, too, letting me stay overnight in the ICU after visiting hours were over.

"In light of this, he will be taking a break from music and the music business altogether until further notice. He very much wants to write new music, finish the DVDs, and go on tour, but for now, all those things are in the distant future and he's not thinking about them.

"Please understand that the KING DIAMOND band is not stopping, disbanding or anything of the sort. King's health is first priority, and when everything is going good with him, the music will resume.

Sono le parole che si possono leggere nel documento della legge n. 4671 del Regno di Sardegna e valgono come proclamazione ufficiale del Regno d'Italia, che fa seguito alla seduta del 14 marzo 1861 della Camera dei Deputati, nella quale è stato votato il progetto di legge approvato dal Senato il 26 febbraio 1861. La legge n. 4671 fu promulgata il 17 marzo 1861 e pubblicata sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 68 del 18 marzo 1861.

In circa due anni, dalla primavera del 1859 alla primavera del 1861, nacque, da un'Italia divisa in sette Stati, il nuovo regno: un percorso che parte dalla vittoria militare degli eserciti franco-piemontesi nel 1859 e dal contemporaneo progressivo sfaldarsi dei vari Stati italiani che avevano legato la loro sorte alla presenza dell'Austria nella penisola e si conclude con la proclamazione di Vittorio Emanuele II re d'Italia.

Lombardia: c'è l'inno, vuoti i banchi della Lega (15 marzo 2011)



come preannunciato i rappresentanti della lega sono usciti dall' aula pur di non cantare o ascoltare l' inno di Mameli che da anni è l' inno d'Italia , in aula è rimasto per forza di cose, un solo esponente, che poi era il presidente dell'assemblea Davide Boni, che pero' non ha cantato l' inno guardando sempre per terra come de ascoltare l' inno d'Italia fosse un disonore, e questo perche ?, perche secondo i leghisti il vero inno è il Nabucco di Verdi e quello bisogna cantare , questo hanno deciso e tant'è!, gli garba ci si sentono rappresentati e se non c'e' quello come inno allora nulla.

. certo la cosa è molto piu' complessa e non è certo per l' inno che la lega rifiuta un inno che di fatto è cantato da anni in ogni evento importante che riguardi L 'italia,



la lega, a prescindere dall' inno , che è solo un pretesto, un capriccio da bimbo dell' asilo, deve decidere quello che vuole fare , se rappresentare una parte d' Italia e solo quella e allora non puo' governare tutto il paese e quindi non si capisce bene come puo' stare al governo se standoci deve , per forza, governare l' Italia intera, visto che non puo' dividerla o rappresentarla tutta e smetterla coi discorsi di divisione del paese ma cercare, assieme ai suoi partner di governo e anche all' opposizione, soluzioni attraverso le quali le parti povere dell' Italia escano da questo stato di inferiorita', certo per fare questo ci vogliono gli uomini giusti e; ecco comincino di li', la lega e gli altri partiti al governo e non, eliminino la criminalita' da quei luoghi una volta per tutte intervenendo in maniera massiccia coi metodi necessari eppoi mettano nei luoghi del comando persone oneste e capaci .



la domanda pero' è una : ne esistono in ITalia ( tutta e non solo al sud o nord )


probabilmente le ragioni di fondo non sono proprio cosi' meschine , probabilmente talune tesi della lega sono anche vere

vedremo, se passera' il federalismo, se le cose stavano come ce le descriveva e se con il tanto desiderato federalismo panacea d'ogni problema , le cose si metteranno a posto, c'è un solo dubbio, le leggi e i controlli ci sono gia' oggi , ma ci sono anche i ladri e le gabole per aggirarle ed sono queste ultime cose che vanno eliminate , perche anche il miglior sistema di regole e di leggi non puo' far nulla se poi non ci sono controlli veri o se gli stessi che dovrebbero controllare poi rubano o , ancora, se poi per condannare un colpevole ci vogliono, se ci si riesce, 20 anni , insomma le cose non sono cosi' semplici, magari bastasse il federalismo,; c'è da sperarlo ma ho come il dubbio sche se non cambia la mentalita' se non ci si adegua se non si pensa che i diritti e doveri sono gli stessi per tutti a prescindere da luogo e dallo stato sociale, bheè il cammino da fare restera comunque enorme


comunque la domanda per la Lega è sempre la stessa

La tartaruga dell' Isola di Pinta


Questa tartaruga è l'animale più raro del pianeta. il soggetto della foto è l'ultimo esemplare esistente di tartarughe giganti dell' Isola di Pinta.

Il suo nome è "Solitario George", e fino alla sua scoperta nel 1971 si riteneva che la sua specie fosse estinta. Si stima che George abbia tra i 60 ed i 90 anni.
C'è una ricompensa di 10.000 dollari per chi riuscisse a trovare un esemplare femmina da far accoppiare con George.

sono ormai anni che george scruta ogni posto circostante in cerca dell' anima gemella , questo si capisce bene osservando il collo dell' animale che in alcune giornate si allunga anche fino a quasi 2 metri

il rinoceronte di Giava o della Sonda ( Rhinoceros sondaicus )


al mondo se ne contano ancora solo una quarantina di esemplari , non ne esistono di tenuti in cattivita' e il rischio di estinzione è molto alto

nella foto il soggetto poco prima che reagisse male allo scatto fotografico, il rinoceronte difatti, vistosi scoperto, ha reagito furiosamente sbriciando con una cornata la macchina fotografica messa dagli esperti come trappola fotografica di tutto quel che passava di li'.

IL CONIGLIO DI SUMATRA



malgrado sia comunemente risaputo che i conigli si riproduchino molto velocemente pare proprio che questo particolare genere di conigli stia piano piano scomparendo, per evitare cio' le autorita stanno studiando un piano a base di " VIAGRA " dosato appositamente per i conigli o animali di piccolo tagllio_; la difficolta' ora consiste nel fargielo prendere, si pensa di farglielo assumere attraverso il cibo mettendolo a casaccio nei posti in cui è piu probabile esso vada a cibarsi, ma se poi i viagra lo piglia qualche altro animale di passaggio ? , i rischi sono grandi e per questo è allo studio un altro piano in cui il viagra viene immesso usando delle supposte da sparare attraverso un apposito strumento automatico collegato ad un sistema in grado di decifrare il tipo di animale e anche di puntare per bene l' entrata posteriore del coniglio di sumatra onde sparargli la supposta senza sbagliare mai o quasi, il sistema è è stato celato in un finto coniglio di sumatra che è stata sua volta squizagliato per le zone di Sumatra ove i conigli sembra siano piu facili al contatto.
ancora non vi sono riscontri per questo esperimento che , nel caso fallisse, sarebbe sostituito dal sistema descritto all 'inizio.

ultimamente è stato notato dagli esperti che l' ibris crestato quando vola viaggia ha una velocita da macchine di formula uno, se non da missile spaziale o ufo in fuga, la spiegazione data è che probabilmente con questa tecnica il volatile spera di sfuggire ai cacciatori e per dirla tutta finche' riesce a mantenere le alte velocita i cacciatori neanche lo vedono , peccato pero' che dopo brevi tratti ad alta velocita l' ibris abbia bisogno di riposarsi è in quei momenti che la sua vita è in pericolo , pare che il volatile per non farsi notare troppo imiti il verso della gallina ed emani dal retro un forte odore nauseabondo e fumoso che riesce a non far avvicinare i nemici naturali e non .
